what is Polyethylene (PE) May 23 , 2022
Polyethylene, a thermoplastic polymer, is the most commonly used commercial plastic recently. It is often used in bottles, bags and other common uses at a low cost. There are several types of polyethylene, each best suited for different uses in general, high density polyethylene is more crystalline and is often used in completely different situations than low density polyethylene. For example, LDPE is widely used in plastic packaging, such as grocery bags or plastic packaging. HDPE, by contrast, has a wide range of applications in the construction industry.

A useful property of thermoplastics is that they can be heated to melting point, cooled, and reheated without significant degradation. Thermoplastics like polyethylene can be liquefied rather than burned, which allows them to be easily injected into shape and then recycled. The first heat sets the thermosetting material, resulting in an irreversible chemical change. If you try to reheat the thermosetting plastic to high temperatures, it will burn. This property makes thermosetting materials unsuitable for recycling.

Low density polyethylene (LDPE) has flexible and melt strength for containers, bottles, tubes, membranes, computer components and laboratory equipment

High density polyethylene (HDPE) has a balance of hardness, toughness, heat resistance and sensory properties for bottles, caps and caps, accessories, crates, buckets, LIDS and thin-walled containers.

But we could produce different kinds of plastic bags based on LDPE and HDPE. And samples are free but freight collect.

Tianbai plastic, could customized size, thickness, logo as your demands. You will feel comfortable and easy.
