        Properties POM is easy to crystallize, with a crystallinity of 70%; through high temperature annealing, the crystallinity can be increased. The melting temperature of homopolyoxymethylene is 181°C and the density is 1.425 g/cm. The melting point of copolyformaldehyde is about 170°C. The glass transition temperature of homopolyoxymethylene is -60°C. Phenolic compounds are the best solvent for polyoxymethylene. 

       It is known from the study of melt index that the molecular weight distribution of homopolyoxymethylene is relatively narrow. Except for strong acids, oxidants and phenol, copolyformaldehyde is very stable to other chemical reagents, while homopolyformaldehyde is also unstable to concentrated ammonia. The stabilized POM can be heated to 230°C without significant decomposition. Polyoxymethylene can be molded by compression, injection, extrusion, blow molding, etc. 

      The processing temperature is 170~200℃; it can also be processed by machine tools, and it can also be welded. The system is light in quality, hard, rigid and elastic, stable in size, small in friction coefficient, low in water absorption, good in insulation, and resistant to organic solvents; it can be used in a wide temperature range of -50~105℃ and humidity; Under the action of a variety of solvents and chemical reagents, as well as under heavy load and long-term cycle stress, the performance remains unchanged.
